Jonathan R. Goldman, Esq. is the founder of Goldman Law, PLLC. Since joining the bar, he has focused his practice on civil rights litigation, helping individuals seek justice and equality through the judicial process. He has extensive litigation experience, having handled matters through all stages of the litigation process, including trial. He also has significant appellate experience in both state and federal court, having argued numerous appeals before New York's intermediate appellate courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as having prevailed in New York State's highest Court, the New York Court of Appeals.
